CF GUERRERO & Associates, Inc. is an Architectural & Engineering Firm engaged in the Design and Project Management of different building typologies related to technical consultancy on structures. The firm was established on June 22, 2023, after its Principal Architect, Christian F. Guerrero decided to pursue his mission to mentor young professionals in the industry after having devoted more than three decades of his life in echoing his commitment to enriching communities through environmentally conscious architectural artistry.

Blueprints of a Dream
Architect Christian "Chris" Guerrero holds deep reverence for the phrase "architecture is life." To him, it embodies the belief that architecture extends beyond structures; it's an embodiment of human stories and an intrinsic facet of our existence. This belief fuels his innovative, sustainable designs, echoing his commitment to enriching communities through environmentally conscious architectural artistry.
At a very young age, he was drawn to the creations of internationally acclaimed architects Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe as well as National Artists of the Philippines for Architecture, Leandro Locsin and Francisco "Bobby" Mañosa He was only 14 years old when he made his first foray into architecture as a draftsman for a real estate company. By high school, he was already determined to study architecture.
In 1988, he earned his degree at the University of Santo Tomas where he currently serves as a college professor. Ar. Chris served as a partner at a design consultancy for over 15 years before establishing his own firm CF GUERRERO & Associates. For over a decade now, he has been an active member of the Green Architecture Advocacy of the Philippines. In November 2022, he was awarded the title of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Architect, qualifying him to join the ranks of only 141 top-class professionals in the field. He is also an International Associate in the American Institute of Architects and a Senior Fellow at the Royal Institute of Architects in Singapore.
